Refund policy

At Uwajimaya we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within sixty (60) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange OR refund.

Please contact us at webstore@uwajimaya.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Upon approval, we will email you a return shipping label for USPS. If you are local to the Seattle/Portland area and would like to exchange your item in person, please note this in your email and instructions for in-store exchange will be sent.

Please Note:

  • There are no returns on Gift Cards
  • In the event of a stolen packages, Gift Cards can be cancelled and re-issued as long as the Gift Cards have not been used.
  • Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged after you receive it from us.
  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 2 weeks to process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the returned item does not fall within the previously listed criteria.
  • Replacement/exchange items are subject to inventory levels. If we are not able to replace or exchange your item for you, we will work with you to find the best solution.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
